Problems with caps

I'm seeking any information that will help me embroider on caps. I bought a brand new Bravo, nearly 2 months ago, just to embroider my own business logo on hats.
The problem is; constant false thread/bobbin breaks. The under-stitching in the lettering isn't being covered by the satin stitch. It's just a mess and I'm ready to pull my hair out. I have watched countless hours of video and read the net till I've fallen asleep. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Here's what I'm working with

Dri Duck Hat
Stitch-N-Tear Lite (worse when I used cut away backing)
L plastic sided bobbins
Madeira Thread
Titanium 75/11 (Suggested by Melco Tech)
Presser foot is 3 clicks back from counter clockwise (like suggested by Melco Tech)
Thread Feed @ 50
Auto Acti-Feed (tried 6 pts-8pts)
Running the Machine Speed at 600 to 800

What is it that I am missing??

I will try to give you some pointers to help with the threads.
Put the presser foot all the way down and then up two clicks.
Turn off the bobbin detector under tools then settings.
Go into settings, then thread feed and change the thickness to 7 and the lower limit to 3.
Use two or three layers of cap backing(heavier than regular left chest backing) tear away.
When hooping pull on the back and rub your hand back and forth over the cap front to get it to flatten.
Design should be sewing from the center out and from the bottom up.
Thicker lettering works better than skinny lettering. Tiny details are harder to sew on caps.
Did you digitize the design or have someone with experience do it?
See if any of that helps.

Ok - I don't have a bravo but rather have 3 original Amaya's - don't have any problems with caps.

We run at 800-900spm

Presser foot all the way down and maybe one or two clicks up

1 slice of tear away hat backing (nice and thick)

Conventional Cap Frame CCF

Auto Feed in default settings

Sharp Titanium Needles 75/11 is fine for most things

Now, not sure what this means...
Thread Feed @ 50 ???

You should not have to turn the bobbin detection off. Problem is if you do that, you'll forget to turn it back on later and that will almost surely cause issues. It's not really necessary.

Make sure your caps are hooped nice and tight. Herb did a video that is here on the site. Watch it, live it, love it.

Lastly, get your design digitized for caps specifically or do it yourself. Sewn Center out and the Bill up.

If you are not an expert digitizer, send your design out to be done. Sal at Tex-Inc who is listed here on the site does excellent work as does Artwork Source.

Good digitizing will solve a lot of common problems most people have when starting out.

Did everything you suggested and 87 stitches resulted in 5 false thread breaks.
