Design placement on Hoodie Back

I am sewing a full jacket back design on Hoodie Sweatshirts. How should I place the design? Should I center it from the Hoodie point down so the design will be clearly visible if the Hoodie is down. This looks a bit low. Any guidance you can share with me would be very much appreciated.

Most of the design should be visible when the hood is down. Maybe up a little but if you put it too high no one would see it since most people dont wear the hood up all the time. Same with long hair.
