3D Puff digitizer

Dianne, The best luck I've had was working with Abcoln. Not only was I able to resolve the thread break problems and the inferior edges, the eventual quality was something that I have been happy about. I would definitely suggest that you atleast give them a try to reduce your headaches. Here is their website: www.abcoln.com.
