Best cutaway? Saving files? website right questions

I have a couple of questions that I really need help with. First, I have a few files in folders on my computer that are dst format. I have been saving these file designs individually into my format which is ofm. Is there a better way to save files? I didn't know if you can click on a folder and save all to ofm? Next question: I have customers that have subcontracted out their digitizing to me and I am wondering if I can post the sewout pictures of that design on my website. Next question: What is the best kind of cutaway to use on cotton shirts, medium size designs.
