  • monogramming on shirt cuff

I have a customer that would like his initials on his shirt cuff. I have tried to do this and mine do not look "crisp" and clean like ones I've seen. Any suggestions/hints on how to do this small lettering and have it look good? I've tried several block fonts (they want a block look), about .25 in a variety of densities and I'm just not liking any of them. I'd appreciate any info on what works best for you. Thanks so much!

the melco micro block works fairly well.
    density 4.2 to 4.4
ad 1 or 2 points of pull comp to the letters.
    a center walk underlay.
I have even used a edge walk with a 4pt margin but that is not necessary and makes the letters stand up a bit.

Thank you...do you do yours .25 in height?
I don't know if I know how to add 1-2 points of pull comp...is it the same as when you change the %?
There is so much I still do not know about the software and how to tweak things..thank you for your help!
