Convert TTF Carnivalee Freakshow font to Alphabet?

Has anyone taken on the huge task of a better version of the TTF called Carnivalee Freakshow?
It is a God awful messy font and just wondering if anyone has tried to tackle and tame it?

You are right the TTF for that font is awful. I use it once in a while and I just create a graphic for the letters and hand digitize what I need. Design Shop will allow you to make a font file but is takes some time to do all letters, numbers and punctuation. But if you have the time it's in Design Shop Pro. It's not easy either. It takes some getting used to.
