Design shop lettering

I am trying to make a 3 letter combination, using the end scroll font #9 which has the 2 sided points on each side of the letters and I can not get the 2 sides points to show up when I click on the # 9. Can someone give me a hint?

After you type in your desired 3 letter combo, are you also typing in the number 9? That is the code number that will bring up your desired monogram.

Yes, but the point on each side does not appear with the lettering. I thought I was typing in the 9 at the wrong time or something...

I did figure it out, after the letting imput I added the 9, and it worked, I was thinking it would have the 9 on the design.
