Customers digitiing

I have a design that a customer gave me that I'm suppose to be doing on the magellan and columbia shirts. It is puckering! I've tried cutaway, 2 pieces of tearawy and a cutaway blanket but it is still puckering in a couple of places. Got 40 of them to do so any help would be appreciated.

Did you go thru the design to see if it was digitized properly?

Several things cause puckering.
1) Poor digitizing
2) improper hooping
3) improper backing
4) wrong needle size or type for the material

Make sure all of the above are correct for the job
