Does anyone have any trouble sewing letters on a sweat shirt cuff? Have a customer coming, need advice. Have an XT with latest software.

Heavy tear-away (3 oz.) backing and solvy on top- you should be fine. But if you are using customer goods, it is best to test on a scrap or a garment of your own before you "commit to the cloth" so to speak.Gregory -
If I am using fast frame, with "sticky", do I need tear away also?

What is your approx stitch count for the cuff ?
Is it stretchy and is it a ense design ?- Any satin or other intensive stitching?
