  • Advice on stabilizer for Port Authority Jacket

Can anyone give us some pointers on what type of stabilizer to use on a Port Authority Successor jacket?

It does have the Port Pocket - which unzips, so you can not see the stabilizer. it is 100% polyester lining.

    Thanks for any advice.

What is your approx stitch count ?

Is it dense? – any satin stitching?

Does the jacket stretch in any way?

I am not famikliar w the jkt

Is it nylon? Is it slippery?

We tried the fusible stabilizer but the material did not like the heat to much. If anyone has any advice, we sure could use it.

we also used a sticky tearaway and left it around the logo ( sort of like a cutaway ). It did not do too bad of job - but will it stay stuck to the jacket?

        Thanks.
