I have an irish step dancing dress that needs to be rehooped for a continuous line around the bottom - a total of about 90 inches...any suggestions on the best way to line it up??

What is the widest hoop that you have? I can offer some suggestions that we use for large altar covers. Juli in Kona was also putting together something on using match points (which is also how I do it) for big patches (see Big Patches on 8/12/11). Maybe she could send you that, although I haven't seen it so I don't know how it would work on lineal designs.
