I am putting a logo on an OGIO (material - polyethylene foam) laptop sleeve. This is the first time I have done one of these and I am not sure what type of backing to use. Any suggestions?
Is there any stretch at all to the laptop sleeve and what is your approx stitch count and s it dense?

Yes it does have a little stretch to it. The design was provided by the company who has used it for embroidery with another company. The stitch total is 4,674. The part I am trying to sew on is a little less than a 1/4" thick. I am having tons of thread breaks. I have adjusted the acti-feed, the presser foot, changed needles, etc. Most of the design is lettering and I am really frustrated. Any help you or anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to e-mail me off list for samples
