Mesh Baseball Vest

Is there any problems embroidering on a Augusta mesh baseball vest? The mesh has fairly large holes. Maybe a heavy backing? Not doing small lettering just putting a big fill letter on the front left chest.

How many pieces. It may be easier to order one from Stahls and heat press it on. I suggest the Sim-Stitch!!!
