FlexFit Caps

For Embroidering on the Front of the Port Authority Flexfit caps, do you use backing? The front of the cap is already stiff....please advise. The design was digitized for a cap to begin with just not specifically a FlexFit.

Debbie, if you want a nice embroidery, you always use a stiff, tearaway cap stabilizer....always.

I always have used it but was wondering if on those already stiff caps if it was making the stitching more difficult. Like the reassurance!
