  • thread break in same spot

I have a design that is very simple, left chest logo on a tee shirt that stitches out really well, except for one place...the end of the design is 4 letters, arched, all caps. The thread breaks after the 3rd letter every time. I've run the design probably 20 times today and each time it does this. Any suggestions as to what is causing this and how I can fix it?

    Thanks!

I don't know what's causing the problem but am wondering if you can change the connection between the letters from a jump stitch to a running stitch.

      If you have DS Pro
You can run the design through the
      Design filter
      or Proximity filter
They can help quite a bit.
they can remove problem areas as doubled up tie offs. and bunching.

I have seen those filters, wondering how one figures out how to set the peramiters on those? I have tried, but never really notice a positive change to the design. There are so many nice features in DS ver. 9, but unless one knows how to set all the peramiters, they are not as useful as they could be. Would love some one to do some lessons on these and some explanations as to why they are doing what they are doing. Love digitizing, but sooooooo much to learn.
