I have been searching for info, is there a difference in foam density available on the market. We use foam from All Stitch and it is the same stuff you buy off the shelf from the local craft store. I disected a puffed hat and the puff seemed t be a little stiffer than what we use and it had a center walk stitch applied. I was wondering if it made a difference in some of the puffing problems that you see here on the board?
