Bobbin Thread showing in desing

I am embroidering Otto cotton twill caps and for some reason the bobbin thread is showing on the outline of the design. I have a new AmayaXT machine and this is the first time this has happened. I can't seem to find an answer in the Manuel they gave me. Can anyone help me with this.
I'm a newbee in the embroidery business and this is frustrating me.

Some combination of increasing your bobbin tension (done manually with a tiny screwdriver), increasing your thread feed (done in Amaya OS) or upping your pull compensation (done in DesignShop).
