Logo with text on jacket sleeve

Do you need a special hoop for a sleeve logo (on the bicep area of a long sleeved Harley jacket) - lined. Thanks!!

We have a sleeve fast frame which works great on shirt sleeves... guessing it would work well for this too.

Hey John, thanks for the reply. It turns out the jacket is a brand new $450 leather Harley jacket. The client wants the embroidery right on the sleeve (not an applique or patch). I am thinking I may pass on this one (liability) as I am not very experienced with leather. I have been trying to find some place to refer him to, but have had no luck ( I am in the Houston area). Is this a job that most non-rookies would take on? twinsmom
