What are the advantages of using the Melco Sizer?

Don't quote me, but if I remember right
Melco Sizer was a free program so that you could open and resize Melco formatted designs. No deiting features just the ability to resize and view designs.

Sizer is the Sizing component of design shop.
Nothing more it can save in Many popular formats But has no editing ability.

That's why I never use it! I don't need it- I size everything & set the colors before I save.

Thanks. Wasn't there something about it also changing densities if only re-sizing up to 10%? Or did I mix this up with something else.
