need help Identifying a shirt

I have a customer that wants a specific shirt. The shirt has been relabled, so I have no idea who made it.
I ran the RX number to SYMAX. I did an internet search to find them out of Canada.
It is a coolbest fabric RN#99868 100% polyester
looks like a bowling shirt or a mechanics shirt navy blue with a red 1" stripe and a white 1/2" stripe running down the right chest vertically.

Almost sounds like a barber's shirt or something Charlie Sheen might wear. Have you check with uniform services, or golf suppliers?

Try 2t2t.com They are out of Canada and make lots of bowling and racing shirts.
