I know that there are a lot of topics about this. But we have tried everything that we can think of to correct the thread breaks.
We bought the machine from Melco used a year ago and we have only had it running for a total of about 6 months in that year. We have had nothing but problems. Some our fault and some not. We finally have had it running right for the last 2 months. The orders have been coming in steady and we had several large orders for hats. The machine (Red Amaya) ran great through all 125 hats. Now all of a sudden it cannot do a complete letter without shreading the thread. It does it on different needles, different designs, different materials, etc. We changed the needles, the density in the designs and the bobbins. We are at our wits end. We have a lot of Christmas work to do and can't finish a single piece without the stitching getting jacked up. The stitches look ratty and uneven.
Of course our warranty ended about a week ago, so maybe that is it!
Any help would be appreciated
