We recently purchased the latest version 9 for design shop. Is there a book on this like we received for our 1st version when purchased?? I would think there should be some printed info on this. Anyone????

no book, no manual, nothing...save a tree...and all that.
But the HELP menu has finally been upgraded to a fairly decent part of it-you can actually find things in it now.
Good luck...and from what I learned...DS9 will CHANGE or lose settings when opening DS7 files...so be prepared to double check every customer file when you open it in DS9 the first time and tweak it!
Pain in the butt but it has to be done-and then your machine will really fly-improved sewout time I noticed. -
Software companies these days do not print their instruction manuals which includes Design Shop. If you want a printed copy, you have to print it yourself from the file included in the help section of your software.Comment
