I am struggling to get a really good looking, crisp font for plain block letters about 4.5 inches high. I am sewing them out as patches on Twilly (very stable). I am using Melco Block, enabled auto underlay (have changed underlay to centerwalk 8 pts), and auto density but still get "loops" sticking out and lumps at the tie offs. I do a lot of these little name patches and would like very much to save these settings when I get them perfected. Thanks, Twinsmom

I would try using a fill instead of a satin on letters that high-might have to put a satin border around them to get them crisp. As far as saving the settings, you can click on "save to default" (ver. 9) and click the permanent box; but you can only save one default permanently, the others you will have to write down or save somewhere.Gregory
