  • DRY TEK SHIRTS

I am sewing on a dry tek polor shirt, and regardless of what changes I make with my column width, column density etc..it is making small holes in the shirt. Any suggestions?

all I have is 75/11. Do I need a smaller needle?

        Tammy,

Your 75/11 will work, a 65/9 would be better because it will make a smaller hole. You didn't say what kind of stabilizer you are using, or what the density of your design is where you are getting holes. Make sure you try a new needle, any lettering should be 4.2 or above on the density, turn on short stitches. I use a very small amount of 505 adhesive on these shirts to keep them from pushing. And try it with some solvy.
