I am working on wicking shirts for our HS boosters and am looking for some helpful hints when stitching on them. I know I've read about them before and cannot find information by using the search engine.
I did a test shirt w/our "C" on it (large, fill stitch, outlined) and the area b/w the top and bottom bunched and overlapped from the pushing, I guess.
Also, I notice some tearing in the material around the lettering in some areas.
What's a good density to try and what backing combination works best.
Thanks!
