3D Puff Design

A first timer with 3D Puff designs. What are the correct settings for 3D embroidery? Acti-feed, thread feed (column feed, run/fill feed), speed. Do I adjust the footer with the foam in place? I am having many thread breaks. Any suggestions?

See if you can find the answer in OS>help--and then I would look for "foam" or "thread feed" or "sometheing else" till I found Melco's recommendations for this. Melco puts the all the info in the software, they just haven't got us trained (term used loosely) to find it. Engineers...gotta have em...
