Have you ever embroidered before? If not, you need to learn a good deal-FAST!

Send out your digitizing at first until you begin to see how things sew out. And Learn how to hoop things.

How about getting the Boss to spring for some training? Seems like the logical thing to me....going to be tough otherwise...

Who is the best/most qualified person/Melco trainer/Melco tech near you folks? I am not really asking you CM- I am asking the Melco folks in here. We know what "point b" is- let's try to help them find "point a".

              Hey Rod,
It looks like I'm 25 hours away from them. I'll bet you're a little closer.

I'm checking on my list of techs in that area to see if they'd like to offer training.

              I'll get back soon.

If you bought the machine new, Melco provides training with the machine. If you bought it used, it is up to you to either take training at Melco (at your expense) or have a trainer come to you. There is a trainer in AZ:
                Wishes in Stitches Embroidery
                Margaret Jannuzii
                Chandler, AZ
                Phone: (480) 216-3163
                email: [email protected]

Melco has a list of trainers and techs here http://www.melcouniversity.com/melco-trainers.aspx but there are others that are not on Melco's website
