I have a hat logo that I can't get to sew correctly.
After sending it to be digitized a few times, and then to another digitizer that stated it looked good to him.
I Can't get it to look good.
I have sewn some fantastic looking hats with other logos ( I think I am doing the same hooping and settings)
I was wondering if anyone with an old red Amaya would look at it maybe sew it out for me and tell me what I am doing wrong.

I have a customer that really likes this logo, I just hate selling it to them due to it not looking up to a standard.

By the way this is going on 6 panel flex fit otto caps, I use 2 layers of tear away cap backing.

First did you test sew it on a flat hoop?
If so did it look good?

I'm working on a design for a cap today that sewed beautful with a flat hoop but I had to adjust it some to sew on my caps.

Was the design set up for caps?

Is the cap tight and smooth in the cap frame?

Amayas & complicated cap designs- just ASKING for trouble! Hoop it tight, but not REALLY tight (as most of us in this forum seem to think); center your design (ALWAYS utilize hoop limits, unless you like to spend rather than make money with the machines), trace the design. And lastly, I do a bottom center after the trace just to be sure I have a chance of getting the design perfectly centered- head up> close> hit the start button.
