I am attempting to embroider a logo on a cardigan sweater. It looks real good except there are a few threads showing (not to many)through the fill. I have used iron on, with cutaway, and topping. I also tried hooping the sweater and sticking the sweater on the sticky stabilizer. I have messed with the density as well as the stitch length (not sure what is ideal for a fill). I am hoping someone has some magic out there.

    Thanks,
    Gary

    Gary,
You didn't mention underlay. What about a light underlay under the area of the design that you now know allows the threads to show? I use this technique on towels to control the nap. I set the density at 15 even - just enough to hold the threads down.
    Good luck.

I did forget to mention it. I use a double zig zag underlay at 20 pts. I will change it to 15 and see how it works. Thanks
