Circles

I think I am going crazy OR my program is. One or the other. Not 1/2 hour ago I created a circle by choosing an icon from the left side ( in the last section I think) - Click, drag and there is the circle. Now that icon is not there and, now that I think of it, I haven't ever seen it before! I find nothing in the help or video about creating circles. Is there such a tool? I know there is, but where the blankety, bland is it?

Solved it! When you click on Select Complex Fill, the bottom section (below) changes and not I can draw a circle or Square. Gads! Tell you how observant I am!
