Anyone have any good fills?

I hope I can make this clear, I'm not looking for decorative fills. I think the regular fills supplied are ok but when I see designs in stores the fills sometimes seem to be nicer. So, I was just wondering if anyone could share their info from their special fills, like Stitch length, part. seq., angle and such?


I hope you understand my rambling.
