  • Stitching numbers on a hoodie pocket

I am curious as to opinions on the best way to stitch 3 1/2" numbers on hoodies pockets. By the time I spend the amount of time it takes to hoop it with a smaller hoop (10216) and trying to make sure the darn thing is straight, I may as well take my seam ripper across the top of the hoodie pocket, stitch the numbers and then run the hoodie through my regular sewing machine to reattach the pocket. Any words or wisdom?

I think it's slim line that I have. Do I need to get Fast Frames?

Did you try using the sleeve board with your hooping device? Not sure if you have a hoop master or all in one hooper, but I would slide the sleeve board into the pocket and then it would hoop straight. YOu would have to rotate your design in Amaya OS to sew the numbers right side up. Or you can use fast frames / slim line. I think it is harder to align straight using them but it will work.
