  • Embroidering on a Sleeve

I am doing a job for a fire department and need to embroider a flag on a short sleeve polo shirt. What is the easiest way to go about this? Thank you.

You could use one of the small round hoops or one of the pocket hoops that go on the hat driver.

Also, I use two layers of nylon mesh stabilizer (like Fred L always talks about) and sometimes Solvy on the top.

        Good luck!

the easiest and fastest way is to buy the premade american flag facing the correct direction-and just sew that on a box shape stitch or a regular sewing machine. They cost less than $1.50...every 'patch' supplier I have carries them cheap.
No muss, no fuss...and the job is done in seconds with no problems.
