I know this is not the best option, but I have NO TIME! I am bringing in my image to Desin Shop Pro and it is all there, I save it to my flash, take it to the machine to sew and I have NOTHING!! it has a garbled image on the file, but when I pull it in, there is nothing... it says I have how ever many stitches, but mothings shows on my screen. A second design, has no image next to its file and thus NO stitches!!

I need both of these today!! I have to have 2 dozen hats FRIDAY!!!!!!!!

My boss will NOT let me out source teh digitizing... I am behind due to the damn Swine ful hitting my house and missing an entire week of work! HELP!!!!!

I am a little lost here. You are bringing the image into DS and then saving it as something else on your thumb drive and taking this to
OS and trying to sew?
Have you done this before?
What steps are you taking to get it digitized?

We had a logo that needed digitizing and we used www.cheapdigitizing.net and they give you the first 5,000 stitches free if you have a company website. Their turn around time was 24 hours. I was completely happy with the quality of their work and all in all it saved me the headache because I am so very new at this. I haven't even had my machine training on-site. The total bill was $7.38! I will use them again. I hope that helps.

Laurie,
I don't quite understand what you're experiencing. You will probably have to speak with someone about this over the phone.

If you are NOT familiar with the Auto Digitizing feature in Design Shop, you probably shouldn't be using it as it needs to be learned by the user for optimal results.
If your boss is not flexible and your job means that much to you, you might just want to pay for the outsourced digitizing yourself to get you through this bind.
Otherwise, you might spend more time struggling with what's going wrong with your system, possibly including the operator.
Maybe I can help a little if you catch me between jobs today.

I was as I mentioned in a time crunch and it would have taken me a couple days to do myself, as I am capabble of digitizing what I was given.
My problem ended up however being VERY simple!
I was unaware that I needed to toggle the vectorized image to stitches. All is now well in my world, and I have an approved stitchout!
