placement on sleeve

For a short sleeve shirt, is the embroidery on the left or right sleeve of the shirt?

Usually it goes on the left but ask the customer where they want it. I have had people ask for the right side as well.

Thank you. Usually I do ask but in this case, it's going to be on the left.
