Shirt cuffs

I am trying to do a monogram on shirt cuffs and the bobbin thread is coming up through the monogram!! Are my letters too small or could I be using too large of a needle this is also happening on a name I am trying to do on shirts. All my other names and monograms turn out fine, but they are bigger. Could it be the font? Help!!

Try using a piece of hat stabilizer under it.

Also try decreasing the density of the lettering.
