Cheerleading Uniform design

I am looking for advice: I just got a call off my add on Craig's List (just moved-need business). Client is purchasing Cheer uniforms for a squad of allstars and need the squad name and maybe flames. How could I service this client? Would I order chenille patches and applique them on? I'm assuming to fully embroidery the design will require many stitches/money. Coaches are paying out of their pocket. Any recommendations?

We order KissCut Tackle Twill from Stahls, have them include the sew disk and fly with it.

Works fantastic, customers love it. We do a large quanity of Cheer items for Schools, AllStars, Universities.
