I am trying to embroider 100% polyester shirts.. everything I try.. I still get puckering / pinching around this left chest logo.. Any suggestions?

what are you using for backing?
Density setting, multiple layers of stitching on top of each other-need some details to help!

*If you're using auto tensioning, switch to manual, a setting of at least four, and two layers of backing.
*Loosen the bobbin tension a tiny touch.
*Use a screwdriver to tighten the hoop after you have the shirt in it.
*If it's a silky poly that slips a lot, use sticky spray to adhere your backing to the shirt wrinkle-free before hooping.
*Use pins around the outer edge to keep it from slipping after it is hooped. To do this, make a fold right next to where the hoops come together, and pua a pin through it right next to the hoops.

Use a shirt that has already puckered as your test shirt.

Judy has the right idea. I did 2 dozen shirts with a left design and on my sample had nothing but puckering. Once I used spray adhesive on the backing they embroidered out great.
