  • using puff foam on designs

Can I use any design with puff foam? if so what do you recommend for settings? Thanks for your help.

There should be few or no needle penetrations in the middle. Set the density to around .2 or so. Needs to be very dense. Match the foam color to the thread color. If you have a satin border around the letters, do that first.

You can probably find letters specifically digitized for puff foam.

The long stitch can't be too long - just doesn't work. Maybe you can make the horns with puff foam, but not the rest of the head.

The hats that they currently have some detail in the middle almost like it was a design with more than one color that they just used one color on. So I guess I will have to track down that same design.
