What is the correct measurement for placing a design on the front of ladies tank tops? In this case it is a medium racer back 2x1 rib tank. If I go 6 inches from the shoulder seam it puts it right under the rib seam of the neck.

I go 2" down from center front on ladies tank
tops. I hope this helps.
