Need help with satin embroidery

We have a thin poly satin to embroider on and cannot eliminate the pulling and puckering even after editing at digitizers and changing to a thin needle. Help!

Mesh backing with a thin tearaway to make cutting it off easier...2 pieces set at 45 degree angle to each other...and it should work fine!

Did you get your problem solved?? A thin fusible stabilizer will work wonders on satin, with mesh under it.

Thanks for the tip! The customer wound up changing her mind about the fabric and brought something easier to work with.
