Bobbin thread on back side

On the finished product should I be seeing the white bobbin thread on the back side of the embroidery or more of the color I'm using? I'm doing text a lot lately and I'm seeing more of the color than the white bobbin thread. Is that right or wrong?

It's when you see white on TOP you need to worry.
