Embroidery On Lab Coats

I saw a post in here about Fonts for Lab Coats. The response was BLOCK font for job title and SCRIPT font for names. The total width should be 3.5” to 4” wide.

Can someone just clarify for me a couple of questions? First, what is a good script font to use? Second, if the persons name you’re embroidering is long and the only way to keep the name under 4” wide the height of the font ends up being .35” high is that o.k.?

I've used Athletic Script in the past.
I adjust the letter width instead of making it smaller. Just change the width to 75% and adjust until you get it where you like it.
