Split Front Jerseys - appliques

Hi Everyone,

I am getting ready to do split front jerseys and need some advice on how best to do this. Appliques are a breeze but split front is a little daunting. I know that this topic has been discussed in the past but I can't find it in the archives. I would greatly appreciate any pointers.

Awesome - thanks for the link. Next question... If I have created the digitized applique design myself as a "single piece", how do I split it into two halves? I've seen some design software that does it for you, but DS+ doesn't seem to have that command anywhere.
