Linen Napkins

[Monograms N More]

I've done my search through a lot of the topics but I need some more info on doing a single initial on linen napkins (2 1/2ins). What needle would you recommend,maybe some settings and what stabilizers.

PS I don't have the wet and stick that someone was talking about earlier.
