I have an actual photo that my customer wants converted to a cartoonish looking print for screen printing. Does anyone have a source for having this done?

this company does nothing but converting to vector line art, get their phone number from the website and give them a call.
I have used Sal but not Riptaw, but have never had a photo digitized, just artwork. Never hurts to ask them! -
