  • Jacket back patches

I just got a call from a motorcycle club that is looking to have patches made for the backs of their jackets. There would be 3 patches that basically cover the entire back. One of the patches is 2 foot long. Anyone have a clue on how to produce these types of patches? I would love to get their business as it means lots of other embroidery orders in the future. I have made small patches from duck cloth before but not something this huge.

We've done motorcycle patches before and used blanks from a company the club had contacted. The 2 foot long one seems odd, but maybe it's a standard size.

Is where they got their blanks from - I don't see them on the site but they have them.

These are the big boys in the industry. Many use them and you can have any size done for you.

I think Mary does a lot of biker jackets, give a yell for her. [email protected]
2 foot long doesn't sound right at all...I'm broad backed and a patch that long would wrap under my arms...unless they are talking about the 'arched' rocker measured along the curve.
Pricing is going to tight on this type of work-you are talking stitch counts way over 75,000!
