Monogram on Towels

I am embroidering monograms on 30 sets of 3-- bath/hand/washcloth towels.. my question is what size do I make the embroidery.. and do I make the same size lettering on all 3 towels?

In the past when I did towels in sets like that, I did the bath towel at 100%, then the hand towel at 80%, and, if the letters don't get too buched up, the washcloth at 60%. The customers never had a complaint. And if the 60% didn't look good, I just went with the 80% on the washcloth as well. Good Luck!
