needle gquestion

i need to do some handkerchiefs that are thin, but the only needle i have on hand is the Organ 75/11 and my friend said i need to get a size 9??
can these needles be bought at sewing store?? its too early to call around, but i was going to try a couple of my sewing shops to see what they had. is there anything i can use if they dont sell organ?? has anyone used 11 on this type of thin material?

A 70/10 sharp needle ought to work just fine. Be sure to starch the handkerchiefs first and then hoop really tight.

Most sewing stores only carry needles for home sewing/embroidery machines not commercial machines.
