Hi,
I am in the process of doing embroidery on ALO Polo shirts that are nylon and really slippery, I am having problems with tiny holes in the shirts, I have tried different methods, ball point , double cut away, solvy topping and still getting holes along the edges, My lettering isn't that is Bookman Dak, and is .28 at the smallest,and I get it with the larger size font also. I have 100 of these and nothing I have tried helps. So does anyone have any suggestions.
